Time to deal with anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties.
Since the lockdown I have moved my practise online doing sessions through virtual platforms like Zoom, Vsee and FaceTime and I have been astonished by how well it works.
I have been a face to face counsellor and Psychotherapist for over 30 years and though I have watched colleagues moving to online sessions I have never wanted to until the coronavirus situation forced us all to think again. Since the lockdown I have done both EMDR and Brainspotting sessions and counselling sessions online and been as pleased as the people I work with how well they have gone.

About Me
I have worked continuously in the NHS and in Private Practice since 1988. My range of experience and skills whilst fundamentally those of a committed Counsellor and Psychotherapist have expand into complementary areas all of which are concerned with Personal Development. I moved from London to near Stroud some years ago, though I still have a weekly Psycotherapy clinic in Central London.

I am an EMDR and Brainspotting Practitioner for trauma therapy; a Counsellor and Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor, Hypnotherapist and Systemic Coach, and Consultant for organisations providing individual coaching and team development.
Location
Since the Coronavirus I have been working remotely either face to face online using platforms like Zoom or Vsee or by phone.
Geographically I am in London and Stroud but at this time not seeing anyone in person. Once it is possible to work in person again without the risk of passing on the virus or the need to self isolate if either of us comes into contact with the coranavirus I will resume in person work. However I have found working online so rewarding and effective even after we can safely work in person again I will continue to work online or by phone so Geography need no longer be an issue.
